Job Overview

Requirements Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related engineering field. Minimum 3 years of experience in maintaining commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with commercial brands such as Electrolux, Renzacci, IMESA, Primus, Winterhalter, Rational, or similar equipment is an advantage. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Good communication and teamwork skills. Resort or hotel experience will be an added advantage.
